Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore, has been an Hollywood writer and actor for many years. She is also acclaimed by critics. Sagittarius, she was born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the third oldest siblings born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper, and Anne a psychologist. She is of English-Scottish descent. Moore was a struggle as her family was constantly shifting due to her father's job. When her family moved to Germany Moore was a student at Frankfurt American High School where she was first a part of productions. She graduated in 1983 with a Master of Fine Arts at Boston University. in Theater. Moore made the move into New York after graduating and started her professional career in off-broadway theatre. Moore first appeared on the episode The Edge of Night, that aired on TV in 1985. It was in 1986 that she portrayed the two characters in the show of Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). The show became her big break. In 1988 she played an actor in the show, and won an Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990 she debuted in cinema with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Short Cuts was produced by Robert Altman in 1993 and 3 Women was released in 1997. The latter was critically acclaimed and earned her a number of nominations for it. Her first lead role came on screen in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg, who was the director for Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997 and one of the year's highest earning films, chose Moore as the lead actor. The actress received an SAG award nomination for Magnolia at the end of 1999. The Hours starred Moore in 2002. It was also nominated by Nine Academy Awards along with Nicole Kidman. Her other films comprise The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), and many more. Moore was a part of Non-Stop (2014). Moore has appeared on countless films and television shows. Her most recent starring roles is In 2022, When You Finish Securing the World. She has made her mark on the screen in Hollywood as well as being an author of children's books. The first novel she wrote Freckleface Strawberry was published in 2007 and became an instant bestseller in the New York Times. This best-seller was turned into a movie, a series and even a musical. In 2013, Moore wrote My Mother Is a Stranger. Moore is an accomplished actor and writer. Moore's personal life therefore, falls under the realm of the public domain. Moore was married to John Robin back in 1984 after which they divorced in 1996. Bart Freundlich, whom Moore was later married in 2003 has two children with her. Moore's entire life revolves around her family friends and career.
